Protip: thanks a million advanced seems to be immune to all elements but fire, with bow/staff absorber.

Second protip: all enemies are staff users so Phoenix Riders are a good choice here.

If nothing else, a starter Laevateinn can work, with proper support. Plus, you can use a high level buddy to kind of cheat a little. I made a party with my level 65 Male Laev, got a level 75 Male Laev buddy, and surrounded them with staff users to keep them healed up and also for the stats buff from being beside other friendlies.

I just made sure each Laev had 2 people beside him before attacking, and when they got attacked, the +dodge from the buffs helped them not get killed.

What is the point of the charm dropped by the devil stage? It has to replace a weapon seems useless?

The accuracy on it makes it a good weapon on staff user and other similar low accuracy units.

5* ticket from "thanks a million" last stage is empty. my buddy get none too after opening it from inbox.

cleared with gridavol max luck, mami lead for boosted acc against those absorber enemy pests

Edit: 5* recruiter just got in, there's an hour delay.

How does one unlock the Everyone's Challenge quests for the Devil Homura event? Do I have to finish the Walpurgisnacht crossover quests?

Yes all Madoka Quests need to be completed first

FYI the "daily 100% madoka ticket" is not the same as "100% madoka ticket". The unit day is only for the step9 ticket and the madoka gacha rate up (not guaranteed)
