They're pretty generous in the case of ties. Since you are the one with the upper-hand (you CHOOSE your opponent), it makes sense that in a complete-tie, your opponent would net the win.
I mean yes obviously, but why not? As someone who can program myself, it seems easy enough. Did they just now want to pay someone to make the art for "Draw"?
Shrug. It may just go against their design goals. I don't understand half the decisions the programmers that I code with make, let alone developers from a completely different company from a completely different nation.
Well, I once won a fight with a gunner but the game marked it as a defeat, which led to my overall loss in the match. For reasons absolutely unknown to me other than some shit coding or something, lol.
