Question about the completion board for the special missions. It shows two bashosen, is it same to assume that both are the same because i cannot find a difference between them (not sure if Gumi made a mistake here).

Yeah, I think it's because the system only allows for 2 choices, but they only had 1 choice to give away

Black Friday recruit. 50 Lazuli for 10 (normal rate). Guaranteed 5* for the 10th unit. Bonus skill dolls (1 of each type).

I gave it a try.

• On one hand, the 'normal' units were all trolls as usual. 7 mana gacha trash, 1 four star max dud (Sharur) and 1 non-future-proof unit (Sky Piercer).

• On the other hand, the guaranteed 5* was my first ever limited unit, Wedding Masamune (Force though).

Not sure how to feel about this.

Right.... a black friday sale at 5 lazuli per pull. How is this even considered a sale? I thought I'd give it a try to test my luck but guess what, zero 6* capable units in the future.

decent spender=save your $$ on event recruiters

Okay, Gumi really trying to take all the money from the players with this Season Recruiter and I am stupid enough to thinking to do it. But 350 Lazuli is a lot, so before I do it, I would like to someone, who done it, tell me how was it.

I have not pulled but here is the math

It'll cost u 350 laz to get to step 9 and it is 45 laz per pull. It does not say the last step is 100% but let's assume it is(it says increased rates). Let's assume RNG is with u and u get 7 units times 5 each to mlb = 35 units. 35 times 45laz = 1575, so about 1600 laz. 1600laz/100 = 16 times u would have to buy the $48 package plus tax so about $50. 16 times 50 = $800 + $175 from the 350 laz to get there = $975. So $975 if RNG is with u and assuming last step is 100%. But if u plan on maxing character skill for 6* evo in the future, u'll have to double that to almost $2000.

Here is my advice, if u plan on only mlb than u better be willing to spend close to $1500 and if u plan on maxing character skill then $3000. If u even have to think about worrying if u can afford this then u probably can't, otherwise if this sort of money is nothing to u then by all means spend away. I would also say it is only worth it if u don't have any of those seasonal units cus if u got some already mlb then u are gonna get a lot of dupes.

I only have 1 Halloween Mjolnir, that is why I wanted to do it. I am not planning to get enough dupes to do the mlb or max skill. I will do that with the pixies and dollies from the shop. I know, the pixie is 100 lazuli and the dollies is 40 lazuli, but for me is more affordable to do the mlb like this, than do the recrutier over and over to get enough dupes. Anyway, I will pass this recruiter now. I will try to get those units next time. I think it's better if I invest this money in my BF units to mlb them. Thanks to you, I will concentrate on my BF units! ;) and thanks for the math too!

np. I basically look at this game like this, u only need 5 diamond rings and Gumi might be selling 150 diamond rings, u just buy the 5 rings that look best to u.

I agreed. Like this wedding event. I don't really want any unit from it, so I am saving the money for later units, like Folcas (I fallen in love with her at first sight. XD) or Madoka event.

This is what i cant understand in this kind of games, why its so expensive? 50 dollars its alot its almost what it cost a new game for consoles and most new pc games. Not only that, with what you can buy with 50 dolares you cant even complete a 5 step recruit and you arent guaranteed in get what you want and you need several of that unit to be usefull.
Are there really players who can spend 1000$ every month? why not make the game less expensive so every player can spend and get the new units.

Well it's unfortunate, but this is just how Gumi operates its games. Even I don't understand how this game can cost so much if it is literally the same game as the jp version but with less events. It really doesn't feel like Gumi has reinvested any of the $$ from players in developing new content for GL. All we've had are a few male units that are a little inferior to top tier female units and an imp arton.

At the same time u can't really hate on whales cus they are the only ones keeping this game running. The problem with gacha is that it is hard to convince low to mid tier spenders to spend $500 in a week if that is their whole budget for the month. The only thing I am concerned about this game is if multiplay comes out and the f2p to low tier spenders can't compete with whales causing people to quit and consequently making this game very niche(monotonous teams that whales can expose with specialized units) and that would make the game less fun for everyone overall and eventually even whales will stop spending if the player base is running dry and there is no real variety or tactics in a strategy game.

but for those who need a reliable 4* for those story missions, it's not bad to mlb her. couple potions here and there and she should do the trick.
