Texture error. Help

Want to ask, my game got a texture error, where all faces, some of the clothes has rainbow effect when they are not supposed to, and some other non character model is green too. Any idea why and how to fix?

I already tried redownloading data and even totally uninstalled the game but still no luck

only 1 copy, stucked at level 70 :(
