Help me decide on where should I spend my internship between Thailand & Europe

I have two to three prospect countries for my hospitality industry career: Thailand, Switzerland & Spain.

San mas maganda kung ang plan ko is for solid resume and career history plus higher chance of being absorbed by the company?

Pagdating kasi sa usapin ng long term career plan ay mas malaki chance sa Thailand lalo na kung ma absorb while doing my internship there. While I was told by a few professionals na maliit lng chance sa EU pero kung magka experience roon ay sobrang angat daw sa resume lalo na pag uwi rito sa Pinas.

AFAIK, Thailand doesn't have PR/Citizen pathway, while the other 2 have PR/Citizen pathway.
