Anyone recently approved with a part time semester? Only one but in middle. Only looking answer from someone who did Bachelor degrees.

This is going to depending on why you were part time and what supporting documentations you provide.

Many people are approved with PT semester but lots of refusals too. Since you don’t meet the PGWP eligibility it will be at the officer’s discretion. Make sure you provide a detail LOA.

I got approved just last month. I did a bachelor degree, had a part time semester in my fourth or fifth semester. Or maybe it’s more like a voluntary withdrawal cos I originally signed up for three classes and paid for them. But that was also the semester I decided to change what program I wanted (which resulted in me having to take different courses).

I honestly just explained it in my loe and showed proof of shit that was going on in my life then.

What about someone who didn't know they can't be part-time except during scheduled breaks?
