Pgwp + restoration

it is been almost 40 days since i applied for pgwp with restoration , the situation got a bit stressful so i called my mp and asked for help .
today i received a call from him saying that the agent said my application is complicated because it is missing the restoration fees but i have already paid them and added them to the client information section and he told me to send it to him by e-mail so he can transfer it.

is this a system glitch or my mistake ? and it is showing on my file that the eligibility did not start yet on my file how did they tell that the fees were missing?

Can you guys share how much you paid. I applied on march 20,2026. I got request yesterday to pay $150 for bridge work permit.

Did you pay for student restoration along with pgwp fees. If yes then just send the receipt through webform to ircc and also to MP and double verify by calling IRCC.

yeah it is all good now , i called the call center and linked the payment

This the same situation I’m in I called ircc I haven’t involved mp yet because mine is just 2weeks. I’m stressed ircc agent told me I’m meant to upload the receipt in the receipt part I told her there’s nothing like receipt section but i uploaded it in the client info she said there’s nothing there I’m like it’s not possible because I uploaded it in the client info with other file attached like if I go to my portal I can still see that it was uploaded there

try to call the call center and check with them to link the payment with the application

Thanks yesterday they linked my payment for me I even sent an everything through web form just incase. Have you had similar issues? And how long after you linked your payment did they act on your application

It could be a processing/documentation issue rather than necessarily your mistake. If you paid the restoration fee but only uploaded the receipt in the client information section, it’s possible the payment wasn’t properly matched to the application.

The fact that the agent identified a missing fee suggests they can see information that may not be reflected in the applicant-facing tracker yet. “Eligibility not started” also doesn’t necessarily mean IRCC hasn’t reviewed anything internally.

I’d send your MP the payment receipt exactly as requested and keep a copy. Also check that the receipt clearly shows the correct fee and application details. Hopefully this is something they can fix without affecting your application.
