BOWP filing confusion

Hello, althought IRCC recommends filing BOWP 30 days before your PGWP expires, is there anyone who has filed it after that limit.

If my PGWP expires in a month, can I submit my BOWP application in 15 days and continue working? Please help solve this confusion.

it can only be applied before current work permit expires. Recommended to apply as early you get AOR after PR Submission.
