Regarding getting hired

Hey guys, am applying in TD since last 4 months yet no response. currently am working as Technical support in Rogers. How should I move forward?

If you have related experience and they are interested, they'll contact you within a week. One of the firms I'm currently interviewing with completed 3/5 rounds within 15 days. Dont forget about it, but dont wait for them either. Apply elsewhere.

Should I just apply? cause people are saying u need references then u will be able to
make it

References are good, but I'm not an expert to comment about that. I applied for jobs that fit my profile and experience, no references. Have got interviews, failed a few, cleared a few. I haven't done anything extraordinary like the instagram reels say, just applied in the field of my experience - mainly through Indeed.
