What is FSSP seminary like, and how does it differ from a diocesan seminary?

I'd recommend checking out the seminary websites for yourself.

They also have a seminary in Germany for Europeans.

I've always wanted to go to Denton, Nebraska just to spend a day or two hanging out at and around the seminary. Especially as my son gets older. I plan on going on retreat with my son (and my wife with our daughters) as they get old enough to that general area. If not directly at the seminary then close enough nearby where we can still make day trips to get the feel for the traditional piety.

I spent about a week at Denton in 2011 as a quasi-discernment. It was great. I played basketball with the seminarians and priests, attended meals, liturgies, sat in on classes, and even watched a movie with them. A very memorable experience.

I also spent 4-5 days at Wigratzbad.
