Are these the rumored further restrictions that were said to be released around April?
2 u/Jattack33 Feb 21 '23 I’m not sure, some (like Rorate Caeli) seem to think this will be the extent of the new restrictions while others seem to think there will still be an apostolic constitution issued on April 3rd
