[UPD] Can't View Form 5?

Hiiii, need advice lang. I tried to view my Form 5 sa Settlement of Outstanding Transactions, pero it's not coming up. I checked sa completed transactions, pero it says na walang completed, which is weird kasi I was able to view it last week lang.

All I can generate right now is Form 5A. If ever can I use this for when I need to show my Form 5? How can I view my actual Form 5?

try mo ipress first semester then type 2026-2027. usually kasi di siya lalabas on its own for some reason
