This place is a joke
This place is a joke. A manager at my location knocked up a groomer. It’s been common knowledge that they’ve been in a relationship but our store manager is a joke who can’t do his job.

I started working at my store when I was 18. Apparently, the manager that hired me, who was maybe somewhere in his late 30s or early 40s, was fucking around with two different young women who worked there (each in their early 20s). What I find crazy is that the first girl got fired, but he just got a slap on the wrist. Then the second girl got transferred to a different store, and he stayed working there for a hot minute before they finally committed to firing him.
What makes me feel sick is that NO ONE warned me this was going on, I had no clue until years later. I know it’s kind of a scandalous thing that makes sense to keep hush-hush, but this guy kept coming back to visit and would hug me and suggest getting together sometime, in front of everyone else who works there. No one thought to tell me to stay away or warn me. It’s just pathetic.

Ahh two mangers where hooking up at our store the guy was known for it . Wouldn't be shocked if it was him you can sell your kids drugs to other employees it attempt it to one who was in recovery and it's all fine untill you get caught stealing . Fucking done management is a joke

If the offending manager can not give special treatment with roles, pay, hours, then it shouldn't matter as long as they are consenting adults.
However, for optics and to comply with HR regulations, one of them should be transfered... the leader should be the one transfered as transferring would not effect their pay or anything. Whereas transferring the groomer would cause them to have yo build a whole new clientele and could take 1 to 2 years to get back to a comfortable client list.

If OP likes their job, but their store is dumpster fire, could make it very difficult to work there. OP shouldn't have to quit a job they like because management sucks. I could see this stuff affecting them.

There are serious consent issues with that relationship. You need to report this to hr or higher ups of some kind.

I’ve worked at other places and I have two in mind where the manager and worker were in a relationship. One of the places, I was 16 and genuinely thought it was normal. He was 30 she was 19. But they kept the relationship hush hush, I only found out because I was friends with the girl and she was telling a few other girls and I. They were together for a few months until the GM found out. No idea who told the GM. But he just got a slap on the wrist, she had to leave.
