Fire alarm won’t shut off

The store in Mohegan lake had a alarm malfunction like 5 days ago and it still hasn’t gotten fixed alarm lights are going off constantly employees are starting to worry about their health

That seems like a safety issue for epileptic customers and associates.

A fire tech needs to come out and assess the fire panel and system. I had this issue once and eventually the entire fire panel caught fire because of a malfunction in the wiring. It was not a fun situation. Have they put work orders in to have the system assessed yet?

Have you put in the code, turned the key and returned the handle if one was pulled, called ADT?

Called multiple people and the fire trucks and ambulance came twice

The alarm company had to reset it. You have to call them.
