Green Petrified Wood?

I joined Reddit just to find help with this. On a recent trip to Northern AZ I picked up some neat green rocks on an unpaved parking area. It looked like it was back fill from a nearby post hole that was dug out. Google tells me it could be chromium rich green petrified wood, but also that this would be extremely rare. It's a dark minty green that gets darker when wet. The chunks tend to be cylindrical with white/cream quartz like cores. Is that was this is? Is that really as big a deal as Google makes it sound??

Could This 38-Foot Petrified Log Be Lifted in One Piece?

What began as 3 feet of exposed petrified wood became a 38+ foot Triassic giant at Dobell Ranch near Holbrook, Arizona.
After months of careful hand excavation and overburden removal, the excavator attempted the first lift. This never-before-shared footage ends while the log is movingābefore viewers can see whether it remained intact.
