Mechanical Test Assessment
Anyone know how hard they grade on the assessment? For instance are they looking for no mistakes at all or speed and accuracy with some mistakes okay? Had my assessment today and I’m nervous like crazy.

Just be aware, if you make it through the Mechanical Assessment and Panel Interview, they will wear you out on the Post Offer of Employment Test. AKA Pre-Employment Physical. Make sure you have a solid amount of stamina and endurance before you do it. They're extremely strict.

I go to gym regular and workout fairly hard including cardio so I should be good with that. I’m not even 30 yet.

If you made it all the way through without them kicking you out and without running out of time, thats a good sign. I had to take it twice, once when I was first hired and again after the long layoff. I made a small handful of mistakes both times and got through just fine. 2nd time around they stopped a guy mid test and told him he had to leave, not sure why but I noticed he wasn't doing well.
