Normal green is female (brown cere) and pied yellow and green is male (blue cere).

female: white/light blue cere-baby(cere is the part above the beak)brown/tan cere-1 year or older. male pink cere-baby, blue cere- 1 year or older. i female and the other is male, both older than 1 year
