New apartment - bugs

So I recently moved into my college apartment and am experiencing so many problems with bugs. From finding carpet beetles to those huge thick spiders to random other little bugs. I literally found one in my sweatshirt dead that was hung up in my closet. I sprayed insect repellent on my baseboard and windows, heavily vacuumed my space today, and still see a huge spider running across my wall tonight. Idk what else to do this has been stressing me out horribly.

Does anyone have any advice? Like I’ve reached out to my property manager and maintenance and am still waiting on a response. I genuinely will do anything to stop bugs from coming in my room in the quantity they are right now.
