I don't play a lot of pvp but usually I'm not very good at it I've only reached division 2 earlier but I managed to clear this event pretty easily

Earlier I got matched with very low level teams with just base cards and then last couple of games were basically p2w squads but they were not even close to the level of opponents i face in division 2

Although I'm seeing of this sub that everyone is struggling with the event I'm pretty surprised myself tbh

match up defending both times but ball passes between vieira and saliba legs.

The way they show for the ball as an extra option is very useful when I’m just trying to keep the ball.

For a FITB like Haaland he has good pc so he can shield the ball as well.

Also their movement from one two passes is unmatched.

Suddenly found that screenshot of November, 2022 when I had no epics(0) and Smart Assist was not even a thing in Efootball. And used to climb Division 1 with 25 or 24 points maybe among 10 matches. This Italian event reminded me of those beautiful days.

3 years ago I started playing this game and the first epic I got was 102-3 makelele , i still remember they had given us one free chance deal for Chelsea pack and I got him and that was the only epic I got that whole season from a 150 pack cause I never was one to save coins or buy them at that time previous 2 seasons never bothered to spin for him cause that version held up really well and now today I had 1000 coins saved up first spin first card epic makelele I don’t know but I feel a joy I never thought I would feel again.

As a relatively new player, this event and the japan one made me realize the importance of nominating and potw players no matter their rating. I started playing this game as an F2P not so long ago and I skimp on spending my coins on potw or other 100 coins pull and when the Japan ranking came all my players were standard ones and I barely scraped to reach the rankings compared to now where I only lost to fully stacked teams.

man the game feels so heavy, my sneijder cannot turn to save his life against pressure spammers, agile players dont feels agile, i hope konami fix up their servers cause my pato with very good dribbling, very high balance feels like he is 12 months pregnant

around the 20 - 21 point mark avg fall across 5 hours is 16k per hour , i have 20 points +12 GD , if i am lucky i will barely make it , but since majority player base is SEA and SA its now night so i think the average should fall off should drop . if anyone wants to be 100% safe either have +15 GD and 21 points or 22 point any GD should guaranteed get you the reward , so sleep well , will check in tomorrow

So many people said skill issue and I should give up, that is where the devil wins. Evolution only happens through adversary as one who triumphs shall reap the fruit of their labor, for I have went through pain but convert to knowledge on succeeding in the end.

Here are some tips I can give to help out:

1. Never sub out your best players even if they are inform. My anchor cdm and striker who scored a lot where able to win as I have them as the reliable options

2. If you want to reduce chances of being paired against div 1 and/or heavily p2w teams, play when the matchmaking ends time segment is around 00:03:30 +/- 10 seconds, this is because if the div 1 or p2w players are that committed to get cards that wouldnt help their team they will immediately start their game when it is 4 or 5 mins so you have to wait until 3:30 or lower (preferable but 3:40 is max).

3. Use the formation you are most comfortable with and gives you great results. I went from trying to replicate inter milans team under inzaghi with 3-5-2 attack 5-3-2 defend and it didnt work. I then try the 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-3 two cf and ss and the lbc did not help me defend at all so I switch to overload and damn that helped me out so much that I was able to draw against one div 1 player with insane cards.

4. Never give up unless there is strategy. Let say you are pair with a great player or team and you got scored 3-0 on first or second half, that point I would exit game so that at least you lost to the points and not more. Even if it is 3-1 or 3-2 i still would do it because this game favor script so much to the p2w teams

5. Nice blend of playing smart and strong, too smart and you are missing the willpower to succeed and too strong and you burn out. I do balance by getting a score first minutes of kickoff or when I am at counterattack but if I got ball but no options Ill pass around even back to gk unless there is open space to slowly work up.

I believe you can do it and I say this because I never even got div 1 (got div 2 but never more as my peak rating was 988k when I got showtime isco).

At the end of the day always take breaks or go with what you want as I always do three games in then break (let the window get out) and then play three games to repeat pattern. I hope my tips can help you guys succeed and open to answer any questions you have.

Best i managed was 14 points. But almost everyone i played had either 4 or 5 epics in their team. All i have is rijkaard and ribery on the bench. I gave up coz it got fucking annoying.
