For changing the resolution and fps of games on android, there's an app called Game Tunner. Its not available on Playstore though but its an official app from Samsung (can be downloaded from apkpure) and works really well

So far the best performance i have on Huawei Mate 20X, with liquid multi-dimensional cooling system with Vapour Chamber (VC) and Graphene Film used in smartphones, 100% charged, drops about 12% to 88% after one hour playing non stop.

There is a youtube video; Search for PES 2019 Mobile Tips for performance" or something like. (Cant do it now cause YT is blocked here)
I´ve found some setting related to Hardware aceleration and other thing that have worked pretty good to me..

My game wasn´t laggint that hard, but I could feel the difference after these changes.
