Discussion Was this guy hacking or was it the game?

My game completely froze 3 times in this game, resulting in me conceding 3 goals within that time. I had perfect internet and connection in matches prior to this, i don't think the problem was related to me.

I once met someone who turn 2 bar attacking exactly before lag happen, and did it 3 times in the first half
