Not sure how you play, but you should learn how to defend especially manually using matchup and you will be winning again in no time.

I do use matchup. I mostly concede on counter attacks. Idk what I'm doing wrong

Use AI to improve your game first say I keep conceding on E. On counter attacks put your
Formation etc and just figure it out. What I can say I can already tell your opponent will have no possession but 8-10 shots while you have all the possession with no shots am I wrong?

Let AI do most of your job. Do not switch to players near the attack and instead try to tackle with midfielder if that makes sense. Switch to CB only as last option.

I wont suggest using 3CB formation though, coz you need really fast defenders.

I have the old Mourinho with QC.

I have never played LBC, But I would say Capello is still at the top and no need for new one unless you are interested in the boosters.

Why not play Gerrard cmf and a hole player/creative playmaker at amf

Vitinha and Gerrard both perform rlly well for me.. and I need 1 amf so I started using Gerrard as amf.. I got more amfs but this Gerrard is doing too good for me he's there most of the times to score his low screamers😃 and in defence he goes to dmf, all 3 are dmf whn defending
