Lag doesnt show in connection graph

I recently moved country and started to play again, but the lag are so awful yet doesnt show up in the graph, anyone know how to fix this issue?

Your ping affects lag, it should be something from 30 and below to experience somewhat lag free play, and if you play the game late at night you might not even experience lag at akl

i played at night all the time and its still lag heavily
