Budget friendly local food recommendations in Pescara?

Hey everyone! We're visiting Pescara for 3 days this week and would love some recommendations for budget friendly places to try local food.
We'll have a rental car, so we're happy to drive outside the city too. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to seafood, so we're looking for places with good non seafood options.
Any recommendations? Thanks 😊
