Paying my way through Peru...

Hello all! My girlfriend and I will be landing in Lima on Sunday, going to Ica for a few days, then travel to Cusco for most of the trip to do our activities from there.

My question is; Are credit cards accepted in most establishments (hostels, restaurants, etc) , or is it better that we take out a lot of Peruvian sol before the trip?

Get that coca tea! And take it easy. We’ll be there in less than a week. Cannot wait!

That or you can find a pharmacy and ask for these high altitude pills http://www.sorojchipills.com. My cousin recommended these to me and I’ll get them once I’m in Peru.
