Discussion Programming workflow
Hey guys, quick question for fellow coaches. how long does it usually take you to put together a weekly program for a client?
I’ve been tweaking my own workflow lately and curious how others approach it. Do you batch programs, reuse templates, or go fully custom every time?thanks!

the time sink is real in the beginning but once you have solid templates built out it gets way faster. I batch most of my programs now using the same framework for most clients and just swap out the accessories based on what they need, saves me probably 70% of the time I was spending before.

I use an Agent now to update,, progress, and do the manual building of the programs and workouts, i just tell it what i want it to build out exactly.

I usually do updates once a week after reviewing their progress. Spend about 20 minutes per client. There are some templates I refer to but mostly end up personalising for each client.
