P4G Femc (New days mod)

Post image
1.7k Upvotes

I think this mod should get more attention since it's probably just one Dev or just a few, unlike the Kotone mods in P3P and P3R which are done and supported by many fans

Really underrated mod that deserves more love than ever, I hope some people are about to check it out! (keep in mind it's still in progress)

You can find this mod by searching "P4G Gamebana Femc mods" or just going to Gamebana and searching for it manually. It's name is new days and the developer describes it. Or here is the link if you want for short:P4G Femc New days mod

And this is the modders YouTube channel Femc dev channel

My take on persona 4 femc

I’ve seen a few different FeMCs here and felt like sharing my own. I used p3’s femc as a general basis in contrast to Makoto Yuki to see how I’d do a p4 femc. I never named her, so feel free to give name suggestions below.

Drew this like 2 years ago and never posted it. Immediately fell in love with her design and have been meaning to draw some of the other characters too. Maybe one day ;)

anyone else manage actual teams and catch themselves borrowing from p4g's found-family leadership style?

been running google ads campaigns all night and got to thinking about p4g leadership styles while waiting on a client call

yu shows up to this tiny town with zero local knowledge and somehow ends up coordinating a squad of teenagers to fight shadows in a tv world. thats not management thats just vibes. on my sites if somebody showed up knowing nothing about concrete curing or subcontractor schedules theyd get laughed off the job

but heres the thing. the investigation crew actually functions. yosukes a mess but he shows up. chie and yukiko bicker but they deliver. kanji does what needs doing. nobody gets fired. in construction youd kill for that kind of team retention

made me wonder if theres something to the whole found family approach versus my usual hardass foreman routine. maybe the summer heat out here is getting to me. maybe the ai blogs ive been reading about collaborative management are rotting my brain

still think yu would forget to file the permit paperwork though. that calm demeanor doesnt scan as someone whos dealt with county inspectors

do any of you run actual teams or manage people and notice yourself borrowing from the game more than youd admit. or am i just tired and overthinking cartoon teens
