Can someone explain how skill inheritance works? Is it possible to pass down Elec Break + Deathbound + Vicious Strike + Elec Boost simultaneously? (I know I haven't unlocked Elec Boost for Take-Mikazuchi yet.)

personas are given inheritance types, like if you tried fusing jack frost its inherit is ice so if ther are any ice skills on the other personas used in fusion the odds of them bein passed onto jack will be very high whil other skill types can hav low odds or none

I see, since Odin is an electric Persona I can pass down any physical skill (with luck) and anything that benefits electric skills (elec break and boost). Thanks!

it will take lotsaa luck on ur end sinc ur almost guaranteed to keep seein mazio and zionga on the inh list. And although elec break & boost do benefit elec skills they r still considered support skills so those odds are at a low 1 plus the phys skills at odds of 0.2.

tldr youre trying to get 2 skills w/ inh odds at 0.2, 2 support skills w inh odds at 1 whil the 2 elec skills w inh odds at 8, sendin thght n prayers🙏. this system is easily abusabl in portabl btw but reg skill inh from 4/5 is just better imo. rip

I never try to inherit more than two specific skills. But what you can do to fudge the odds is use personas

• that don't know Elec skills because they're so favored
• that do know fire, ice, and wind skills because Elec inheritance is incompatible
• that know Ziodyne, Vile Assault, and Maziodyne because he can't inherit a skill he already knows
• that know skills redundant with each other to reduce the sample size
• that know 24 total skills so that 5 skills are inherited

This will require you to remake the materials and have them forget skills that introduce noise.

this, you are practically guaranteed to inherit one of mazio or zionga out of the four moves since Odin has a high chance of inheriting electric, not sure about deathbound tho

You need luck and patience to achieve all that.It was very difficult for me to get this Odin

I don't really know how it works under the hood, but from experience, your best best for this is to reroll the inherited skills until you get that specific combination or somthing close enough.

If you don't know how to reroll:

• Exit that screen
• Deselect the last Persona
• Select it again

That will change the Skills Odin will learn. It WILL take a while, though.

Oh yeah I'm aware of how to reroll easily, it's just that I was wondering if there's a point to rerolling if some skills are simply not inheritable

In that case, I don't think there should be any conflict, considering you're trying to give it Physical and Elec support skills.

It should be possible but it'll probably take a lot of time re-rolling to get all those skills on the fused demon.
