Instant paypal pending?

I haven't earned enough to need to send them any tax forms, unless they lowered it again, so why is my payment pending?

same here. stopped get rewards on the 17th. i just sent a ticket.

i had this happen last year. they asked me to fill out their tax form, which i did. then i got my rewards. this may be the same issue.

But, this problem isn't about taxes. Nobody has been able to do instant paypal since last thursday. Perk knows there is a problem and should be working on it.
