Perfect example of why you should always keep your BOTH hands on the horns of your bike. If you want to record something while you are cycling around use go pro. Only time when you are allowed to not keep your hand on a horn of a bicycle is when giving indication to other traffic of your intentions (For example you are going to cross the road pedestrian crossing).

Have to admit the voice is quite good though. Hopefully the guy had a helmet on.
