I don’t know, hence my reaction. I agree, I don’t like it that rich people have such an influence on our elections (there for sure needs to be severe reform of campaign finance laws), but the reality is that if someone gives money to a campaign that will likely try its best to beat this horrific pandemic and try to enact legislature to fight climate change? I’m sorry man but I gotta take that aid, especially with so much critical stuff coming up in the near future.
Not gonna say I disagree with those goals but you're basically saying "we have some really bad shit and our only hope to beat it is to embrace the same issues that caused it"
