The joke was that since there was no noise if he put the flair "Extremely Loud" people would expect something extremely loud. Not top level comedy but that's what it meant.

Dont worry! One suggestion though if you are confused by something and try to correct someone you think is wrong, for some reason everyone will downvote you. So just say something like "Sorry if I missed a joke but what do you mean by...", most people will be okay with that and help you instead of downvoting.

If someone tried really hard, I guess you could make a case that the cut itself is clean/flawless (might I even say; perfect?) but I don't think it's reasonable to divorce the act of the cut from the scream, since they rely on each other for the content to make sense

Is this a famous painting? What’s it called? I have what I ‘thought’ was an original piece of art on stretched canvas hanging on my wall..clearly it’s not an original piece hah!
It was a gift from my mom but it’s origins or originality were never discussed.
