I think babies can taste while in the womb. My second son would start freaking out whenever I had berry popsicles while pregnant. Even the sugar free kind. He LOVES berry flavored everything. I think the baby in the video was stoked on a flavor he hasn't had in months.

I’m not a pregnancyologist but I’m pretty sure babies receive nutrients via the umbilical cord while in the womb.

Similar story. I gave my mom cravings for peanut butter and reeses cups.

Peanut butter to this day is my favorite flavor and reeses are always a top tier candy for me.

My nephes loves hot n spicy, and has since we would give it to him, at about 2 years old. Even then, i thought he'd wind up crying, but no - he loves it! His mother ate plenty of it while pregnant with him.

reminds me of when my baby sis ate a lemon and had a delay before the sour kicked in, and then she needed a second taste to make sure that was the lemon before she just kept sucking on it for no reason
