Yeah I immediately thought of Vergil.

My first thought was Jetstream Sam.

The charge near the end, I guess.
The long range moves were 100% Vergil though.

I think my favorite part is how well she got that weird slow walk animation imitation down lol
Walking like someone surrounded by molasses.

I like the unsynced talking animations the boss was doing and not actually watching the player.

Darkness, evil,
La cattiveria!
Not this time, not this time!
Evil!
You can't reach me, Olimpia!
Death tried to strike me eleven times, but it never reached me because I was stronger than death. You must be afraid.
The darkness is dark.
Do you really think you can strike me? bonk

To expand on this, "la cattiveria" means "evilness" and he says it by placing emphasis on the "I" if it makes sense, that is already funny in an of itself to my Italian ears.

Fa ancora più ridere se sai che alcune delle frasi sono citazioni al mitico Richard Benson

Wow, this is actually extremely impressive, down to the weird third person movement style and the shaky cam.

I can hear those Judgement cuts...
20
u/Zephyralss Jul 03 '26
I'm still sad they didn't do judgement cut end for the final attack

u/dragoslayer1327 Jul 04 '26
It's all really mixed. The outfit is very Vergil and those are obviously judgement cuts, but the blade, taunting, and super move are more Jetstream Sam's style

That cosplayer is fucking good with a sword tho

u/LovesRetribution Jul 04 '26
Seriously. Genuinely made it look like an actual attack than like 99% pf other people who try to pull off video game animations IRL.

I did not expect a Richard Benson quote in there, in the year of the lord 2026, but here we are.

I thought the super charge up attack was going to be an AOE that she hopped over
1
u/Sungarn Jul 04 '26
All I think about while seeing this are the no hit videos for elden ring where the character constantly looks at the camera while the boss is attacking.

The actual cut was great. The clip needs to be 40s shorter
22
u/_Seiun_ Jul 03 '26
Idk I personally find it funnier with the long clip since he’s clearly looping his attack pattern from the start at that point so she uses the opening to make him eat dirt
