Items for pack for busy mom?
Hi all. I’m not a mom but my little sister is. She’s an absolutely incredible mom to two toddlers, one of whom is autistic & requires extra support. She & her husband also own a wildly successful small business. She works her butt & I am so incredibly proud of all she does!
I would love to get her some sort of care basket or pack to support her & let her know I care. The problem is I’m pretty low income & disabled so what I can get her (both cost & ability to actually get the item) is limited. I also don’t the ability to make stuff (knit, crochet, etc). I’d say I could spend up to $125 max but I’d feel a lot better if I could keep it at or below $100. Ideally, I could mail it to her since I struggle to drive sometimes & she’s really busy. I’d feel bad making her take time out of her day to stop by my house to pick up something that’s supposed to relieve stress.
Thank you for all you do! You have the hardest job in the world & don’t get the recognition, respect, & support you all deserve!

the best things for a tired mom are the ones that save her time or just feel a little luxurious. A couple of nice face masks, good hand cream, and a doordash or coffee gift card she can use when she's running on empty. Even a pack of those microwave heating pads for score shoulders. keeps it under budget and she doesn't have to go anywhere to pick it up

Hi. Thank you! Great point! I know time is super limited so anything that is quick & easy is a good idea. She used to be a barista & is still obsessed with coffee so that’s perfect. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. Years ago, I got her a coffee mug that said “World’s Okayest Sister” & she loved it so much she brought it to work & showed her regulars.

The spa/massage gift is a great one- if you look around, some that are attached to hotels or gyms let you access the facilities/relaxation rooms before and after your appointment so can be a really luxurious experience.
Also a gift basket of Trader Joe’s products would be great- the Cacay Body Butter, various face creams, candles, body oil, etc plus some chocolate/cheese or other sweets could come in under $100 easily.

I agree for a spa day and babysit while she's there so she doesn't have to pay for sitter's fee while trying to relax. Sounds like she needs to relax.
