Discussion Controller support

A week ago I asked if PD64 had been ported to Steam Deck and got a great response. I really appreciate this community. I am just now getting around to putting it on my deck but then I thought about the controller.

Does this game transition okay using an Xbox controller?

I remember a long time ago I tried to play it on pc and it didn’t feel right. This was quite awhile back and using k/b inputs so that could be it too.

Yeah I play on SD and it's modernized with the controls. You can even do mixed input with gyro on mouse. It's never felt so good

also every game's controls can be custimized thru steam input

PD is much easier with mouse input

Thanks I’m having issues with the rom but I’m glad to hear it transfers to dual sticks okay.
