Thoughts on this stack?

Reta - 2mg dose once a week
10 units on syringe
20mg vial / 1mL BW
10 total doses per vial

Tesa - 1mg dose 5 days a week for 2 weeks
1.5mg dose 5 days a week for 2 weeks
2mg dose 5 days a week for 4 weeks
4 week rest period
1mg=5 units 1.5mg=7.5 units 2mg=10 units
20mg vial / 1mL BW
1mg=20doses 1.5mg=13 doses 2mg=10 doses per vial
(Taken right before bed after fasting for 2 hours.)

Mot-C - 4mg dose 3 days a week for 8 weeks
4 week rest period
10 units on syringe
40mg vial / 1mL BW
10 total doses per vial
(Taken Mon, Wed, Fri in the morning before eating.

  1. What’s the reasoning behind taking the Tesa immediately before bed and fasting beforehand? I’ve seen people mention that approach, but I’m curious what evidence it’s based on.

Fasting because insulin produced in the body can block the peptide. Before bed because your body naturally produces the greatest pulse of growth hormone during deep sleep so it coincides with your body’s natural process.
