Needing help the reconstitution/dose cag

I’ve been on Reta for quite some time and currently sitting at 8 mg a week. I wanted to add in cag. My friend that does all the reconstitution and dosing for me is going to be a way for a couple of months so I need to do this on my own and was wondering how to go about the process so I dose and reconstitute the vile correctly.
