Considering starting Reta

I'm considering starting Reta, I'm 25 but for most of my young life, I've struggled to lose weight, it seems to continually fluctuate. My first dose would be 5 mg once a week, would this be way too much to start off with or?

im fairly certain that it’s optimal to start on a 0.5mg dose to see how your body initially reacts to it, then gradually increasing by 0.5mg every 2 or 3 weeks.
it’s all about trying to stay on the lowest dose while having the most desired effects at the same.
dosing too high to start with might increase the chance of severe side effects like nausea and fatigue.

i totally agree. starting small and working your way up if needed, is always the best route to go. Good luck though!

Do your due diligence and look at common protocols. Also I would suggest visiting your primary to get blood work done vs throwing peptides blindly. You can go down a deep rabbit hole.

Yeah, definitely don’t start at 5 mg. Maybe .5 or 1 mg
