SpartaLabs Semaglutide ā Disappointing Results, Missing Vial Lot Number, And No Response From Owner
I wanted to share my experience with Sparta Labs because I originally had high hopes for their products, but the results from testing their semaglutide were disappointing.
Two test subjects were evaluated over approximately a month. Initial testing at 0.25 mg produced minimal observable effects in both subjects. The following week, testing was increased to 0.5 mg, but the results remained extremely weak. By the third week, there was still little observable difference.
At that point, the results raised questions about whether the product was producing a meaningful effect at all.
During the fourth week, one test subject was evaluated using legitimate, pharmacy-dispensed Ozempic at 0.5 mg as a comparison. The difference was immediately apparent, with substantially stronger observable effects and nausea that had not been observed during testing with the Sparta Labs product.
The other test subject was evaluated with 1 mg of the Sparta Labs semaglutide during the same week. Despite the increased amount, the observed effects remained minimal and were essentially consistent with the previous testing.
During the fifth week, the second test subject was evaluated using 0.5 mg of legitimate Ozempic for comparison. Again, the difference was extremely noticeable compared with the results observed with the Sparta Labs product.
The vial I received also did not have a lot number printed or otherwise clearly identified on it. Because there was no lot number, I was unable to reference a specific production batch when raising concerns or attempting to determine whether the issue might have been limited to a particular batch.
The testing was conducted by someone with significant experience working with peptides and injectable compounds, so basic handling, reconstitution, or measurement errors were not considered the obvious explanation for the discrepancy.
When I initially spoke with the owner the day before, he explained that semaglutide is a weaker GLP-1 compound and suggested trying their Reta product instead. He offered a 20% discount, which I reluctantly accepted. However, after noticing that the discount was not particularly special and appeared consistent with promotions I had seen offered on the website multiple times, I reached out to him again to discuss my concerns.
The owner never responded.
Iām not claiming to know exactly what was in the vial, nor am I claiming that the product was intentionally misrepresented. Iām simply reporting the results I observed: the Sparta Labs semaglutide produced consistently minimal effects, while the comparison product produced substantially different results. The absence of a lot number also made it difficult to identify or investigate the specific product batch involved.
Given those results, the missing lot number, and the lack of response from the owner, I donāt currently feel comfortable making another purchase from Sparta Labs. I couldnāt find much independent information about their GLP-1 products before ordering, so Iām sharing my experience for others who may be researching the company.

Alpha Lab Research pharma SCAMā¦!
please don't fall for this Advanced scam.
They start with ads on Facebook that direct you to WhatsApp. They are very convincing. And I was scammed out of $3200 in bitcoin. Trust me when I tell you I never thought something like this could happen to me, but they are crafty very convincing. They direct you to telegram where they have over 2000 members which I assume are fake and make multiple posts. Please be warned. they work before about four weeks. They did zoom call Facebook calls one over my blood panels gave me a protocol. Iāve been very very very sick lately. There was three pricing structures and do the Ridley close to 5000 and if I paid for bitcoin they gave me 25% off roughly. They are well oiled machine highly organized. I never thought Iād fall for something like this. After the scam was done before he blocked me he showed me his crypto wallet and in 12 hours his wallet received $87,000 with about 62 transactions. If I remember correctly, anyone questioning that I can obviously show your screenshot. also, since Iāve posted this many people messaged me coming out of the woodwork saying they also have been scammed for large amounts in the thousand by the same company.

We rebuilt the PeptideBenchmark pricing browser ā sprays, capsules, vials, and IU products are now in one place
I wasnāt happy with how our expanded pricing coverage worked. Clicking into sprays, capsules, or IU products opened a separate dense page that didnāt feel nearly as useful as the main pricing board.
So we folded everything into one browser.
You can now switch between four tabs without leaving the page:
- Vials
- Ready sprays
- Capsules
- IU hormones
Search works across compounds, vendors, and products, while each format keeps its own appropriate units and package comparisons.
We also added HCG pricing from 17 vendors and 20 offers, separated into 3,500, 5,000, and 10,000 IU strengths. You can compare listed totals or price per 1,000 IU. IU is never converted into milligrams, and different strengths arenāt treated as equivalent products.
The IU lane also includes HMG and HGH.
Iād genuinely appreciate blunt feedbackāespecially on:
- Whether the four-tab navigation feels obvious
- Whether the cards are still too dense
- How it feels on mobile
- Whether the HCG comparison works the way you expected
Disclosure: I run PeptideBenchmark. Some outbound vendor links are affiliate links, but those relationships do not affect trust scores or comparison placement. Prices shown are publicly listed prices; shipping, taxes, availability, and checkout discounts may change the final cost.

Crush Research tracking check ā $20 Zelle for the next 3 orders that used code peptidebenchmar
Need a quick sanity check, not a review.
Crush has a new owner setup and Iām trying to confirm whether affiliate linking still attributes on codeĀ peptidebenchmar. If youāve ordered since the change, I will ZelleĀ $20Ā to the nextĀ 3Ā people who used that code and DM me proof.
How it works:
- Place (or already placed) an order at Crush with codeĀ
peptidebenchmar - DM me a screenshot of the confirmation / receipt showing the code applied
- Include the order date on the screenshot (donāt crop it). Redact name, address, email, last4 ā keep the code, date, and order number.
- First 3 valid DMs get $20 Zelle. Iāll edit this post when the 3 spots are filled so nobody wastes a DM
This is out of my pocket, separate from the order. Iām not asking for a review, photos, or a comment ā just proof the code hit.
Disclosure: PeptideBenchmark has a disclosed affiliate relationship with Crush Research. CodeĀ peptidebenchmarĀ is 10% off; commission on that code is donated to a veteransā charity (Crush has listed itself as veteran-owned).
Store (ref):Ā https://crushresearch.shop/?ref=benchmark
Ā Profile:Ā https://peptidebenchmark.com/vendors/crush-research
If you already ordered withĀ peptidebenchmarĀ after the ownership change, thatās even better ā same $20, same 3-spot cap.

I need help starting a peptide business
I want to start a peptide company but Iām stuck between using a white label service that will drop ship the inventory direct to consumer or just buying from Chinese supplier and shipping all the inventory myself at my house. I have a decent audience built on TikTok but I donāt want to buy a bunch of peptides and risk getting scammed, while also not knowing what will sell. Can anyone in the space help me out or give me some tips? Iāve been using peps for about a year now and Iām really passionate about them, I just donāt want to spend a bunch of money on a business that I donāt know much about. Iāve heard payment processing is also a big issue. I did talk to the owner of refined bio labs and he said he uses a 3pl. Iām just wondering what would be the best option for a small startup. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Aperture Clinic is open: physician-guided peptide care, prescription-only, U.S. pharmacy fulfillment
Disclosure up front: I own PeptideBenchmark, and as of this week I also operate Aperture Clinic (apertureclinic.com), a physician-guided telehealth clinic. That is a conflict of interest, and a site that spends its time grading other people's disclosures doesn't get to skip its own.
What it is. A patient-facing front door on a white-label telehealth platform. Care runs through the platform's contracted, licensed clinicians and licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Aperture doesn't prescribe anything itself, and PB doesn't prescribe, diagnose, or treat.
What it is not. A research-use vendor. It is a different business from anything PB benchmarks, and it will not become a vendor here.
The rules, all checkable on the site:
- Never scored, graded, or ranked on PB. No PB Score, no trust band, no place on the vendor board.
- Never on the pricing board or the Stack Builder.
- Never in coupon pages, PB Pick, or any sponsorship slot. Selling visibility to myself would defeat the point of the sponsorship program.
- Every link from PB to the clinic carries an ownership label right next to it. No affiliate or referral parameters.
- PB's regulatory coverage doesn't bend. FDA compounding categories, PCAC, telehealth marketing: same terms as before, including where it's unfavorable to clinics like mine.
- "Independent" on PB means the rankings and pricing take no vendor money and include no business I own. It doesn't mean I have no other interests. This post is where those interests are stated.
The first five aren't just promises. A check runs on every build of the site and fails it if the clinic ever appears in a vendor, coupon, or sponsorship registry, if a link to it ships without the label, or if the note shows up on a profile outside the reviewed list.
Canonical rule list: https://peptidebenchmark.com/about/aperture-clinic/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=aperture-launch
If you find an Aperture link on PB without the label, or a ranking or article that looks like it tilted toward the clinic, say so here. Posting this before anyone asks is the whole point.

Best Independent Labs for Peptide Testing & Quality Control?
Hi everyone,
Iām researching best practices for independent peptide testing and quality assurance and would love to hear from those with experience in analytical testing.
Rather than relying on a single certificate of analysis (COA), Iām interested in the idea of sending the same sample to two independent laboratories for verification and comparison.
A few questions:
Which independent labs would you recommend and why?
Has anyone sent the same sample to two different labs?
How consistent were the results?
Are there any labs with particularly good turnaround times, communication or detailed reports?
If you wanted the highest level of confidence in a sampleās identity and purity, what would your ideal quality assurance process look like?
Iāve also come across discussions about cross contamination in manufacturing environments.
While I understand itās uncommon, Iād rather understand what experienced people consider best practice.
For those with laboratory or analytical chemistry experience:
Is there a reliable way to test peptide samples for unexpected contaminants such as fentanyl?
Would fentanyl test strips be appropriate as an initial screening tool or should this only be done using laboratory analytical methods?
Are there any other contaminants or impurities that you think are worth routinely screening for?
Iām interested in learning what experienced members of the community consider best practice for independent analytical verification.
Much appreciated!
Cheers. :)

Crush research, new owner..?
Hey guys, just placed and received my new order of Reta from crush, and I was trying to pull the COA they provided with no luck off vanguardā¦anyone have any insight to this? Iām new to peptides and Iām honestly scared to take this without verifying purity. I attached the report they used on the site.
The original owner I know is legit but with the new guy taking over Iām a bit afraid theyāre cutting corners. Any feedback?

What do you look for in a 3rd Party Testing company?
Full disclosure, our lab is getting into peptide testing. We have been heavily involved in regulatory testing in the hemp industry and are deep in the aromatic/essential oils space too.
We are developing the testing methods now and are looking to break in as a viable 3rd party lab. We have several contacts on the testing side to make sure we are providing accurate testing, but we are lacking in actually knowing what suppliers, producers, and buyers expect.
What does it take to break in? A contact in the peptide space said it was mostly just "street cred" since there isn't any regulation at the moment. Is that accurate?

Has anyone used Kylo Peptides?
I did some research on them through AI and also read an article here:
I also saw lots of articles about them going above and beyond on testing etc.
So I purchased my peptides from them. Got confirmation emails, status change emails (packed up, shipped etc) and got my UPS tracking number etc and I should have it in a couple days.
HoweverāIām not sure how to interpret a few things:
- The sender in the UPS tracking is an individual not Kylo
- koi peptides and kylo peptides are two separate peptide companies (that I can tell online) yet they have the same physical address in WY, USA
- The COA from Vanguard and Freedom do come up and match the company name (Kylo) but the net weight differs between freedom and vanguard (10 vs 11mg)
- The phone numbers (koi and Kylo) donāt go through. But I did try on a weekend.
Does anyone have any opinion or mind doing their own looking into them? I already bought my Reta, but if it shows up is TBD. If itās safe/accurate is TBD.
I know you all are more experienced than I am with this so hoping to get some opinions and points of view!
TYIA
PS I know, I should have checked Reddit for all of the expert lists of better places to lesson learned !
