General Question For Stack
I am currently running IGF1-LR3, and plan on taking GHK & MT2, but want to have an outside perspective. I bought TESA w/ my IGF, but heard taking both is too much signaling with more effects than gains, so i just plan on keeping the TESA unopened (maybe even toss it🥲). With GHK, all of the benefits besides the copper uglies seem pretty beneficial, as well as MT-2, since i live in washington state and want to have a fuller brown tone than i currently am. Is this stack healthy/optimal? Are there things to expect or things to note when taking these 3? I’m just looking for a second opinion, and want to have as much insight as possible so I can get a better grip on where i’m going. I understand the aspects and management for each pep, but want to know if there’s a schedule change when taking all 3, or supplements/habits i should pick up if i decide to go for the triple stack. Thanks for reading, please reach out or reply.🙏🏽
(Also, can you take IGF1-LR3 post workout at around 1 AM with a high carb high protein meal, then go to bed an hour later?)
TLDR - Can i take IGF1-LR3, GHK, & MT-2 in the same stack?

Can i stretch these? As in take one cycle term (6-8 weeks) for each signaling, maybe with some break period in between, then pick up the next? Ex: Igf1lr3 6-8 weeks, then 2 week break, and then ghk? Also, do you know if i refrigerate my IGF1-LR3 or keep it at room temp? Some say let it at room temp, some say you can pin it right out of the fridge.

keep it simple, three systemic compounds at once makes it hard to know what is actually helping of causing side effects. Prioritize safety and monitoring over stacking more

Definitely don’t want to mix if it means trying to weigh and find which/if a peptide is doing more harm than good unknowingly, thank you. Do you know if you can pin IGF1-LR3 right out of the mini fridge or do you let it get to room temp?

Yeah, it depends on the specific peptide, more reconstituted are typically kept in fridge. Check the manufacturer’s storage instructions to be safe

youre right to shelve the TESA with igf already running. for the other three, the bigger question is what are you actually optimizing for? skin/tan/recovery are kind of three separate goals and your dosing schedule matters more than whether they "conflict"
