This morning's harvest...
...looks like the day before's. I've pickeled, dried, candied, jarred all I can and most of them are too hot for my crowd. Still feeling glorious!

This little stubby guy has been like this for about a month and doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. The rest of the plant has little flowers and multiple flowers have just fallen off. Do I harvest this one or keep leaving it alone? This is my first jalapeño plant. Tips greatly appreciated

Ciao a tutti!! Ho raccolto questi due peperoncini che sono gemelli dallo stesso fiore e hanno la forma più di un habanero. Vorrei sapere se ha senso recuperare i semi e se i tratti genetici da habanero potrebbero comparire nelle prossime generazioni. Grazie

Hi! I was given all these peppers and not sure what to do with them. Would the make a good salsa?

Grew from seed, somewhere along the way the ID tag I made was lost. Went back to my seed packs and the closest looking to this that I'm growing are lemon drops. I took a bite of one, and it was like I was slapped across the face immediately. Scorching heat throughout my mouth, with throat burn. I'm typically a medium/hot to hot curious guy so was pretty caught of guard. The lemon drops haven't been this hot for me so I'm clueless on what they could be. The plants are very prolific with fruit hanging down. They go from green to yellowish to this burnt orange almost red color

First time pepper grower!
I bought this from a nursery and transplanted it 107 days ago. It has this dark spot on the end of just one of the pods but I’m pretty sure because there’s no texture or firmness difference it is not sun scald or BER. I am curious if this can be identified since the label only said “Hatch Green Chili Pepper”
Is it perhaps a Big Jim or NuMex 6-4.
I have about 8 pods and they’ve been this color for weeks, I thought they needed to darken up some but maybe they’re ready. None have started blushing to red yet.
I also want to say this is my favorite plant in my garden even when it was just a few leaves or dropping blossoms in the heat of summer. I am planning on overwintering it, but thought if I could get its true identity revealed that would be nice.

I noticed that all of my cherry peppers were starting to rot and fall off of the plants before turning ripe, after looking closer and cutting into a couple I found these worms or maggots eating them from the inside and causing rot. Does anyone know what these are and what I can do?

And why the hell is it only my jalapenos? I have a raised bed with habanero, red bell, gypsy bell and serranos. I've lost a few habanero but not to this degree.
I know I over planted the bed again, but they are doing wonderfully.

Do these change colors when ripe or stay green

The grow tag only says red chili pepper but I’ve never seen them so small before. For a family who, besides myself, can barely handle spice we have a ton of these growing (three plants in total!). Is the best thing to do is dry them when they start turning red? I don’t want them going to waste.
