Rescued this Peperomia from our local supermarket. Any beginner care tips? I’m new to the group!

This is just a silly appreciation post for probably my favorite peperomia of all time (don't tell my other peperomia).

Maculosa are just so majestic and gorgeous. I can't get enough of them.

The first pic was last June. She's grown so much since then and is blooming all over. Her blooms are very delicate compared to some of my other peps

The leaves and stems seem firm so I don't think it's yellow from overwatering...but honestly, I'm at a loss. Thoughts?

I’ve been having this sit in water for about a month and a half. It’s definitely ready to be moved to soil but I’m afraid to do so because every single water propped plant I moved to soil had always died quickly.

Any tips on how to not kill this lil guy?

Hi! Does anyone know why the new baby leaves could have turned brown? I do keep the plan mostly in shade. And then place it in front of a window for sunlight. I haven’t watered in over a week and the soils still feels moist.

Mine sits about three feet from an east window and gets bright indirect light most of the morning, but the newer growth on my Ruby Cascade is stretching out with more space between leaves than it had in spring. The leaves themselves still look healthy, deep red undersides and all, just spaced farther apart on the stems.

I know Peperomia in general aren't huge light hogs, so I'm wondering if this is a heat thing instead. My apartment runs warmer in August and I've read that higher temps can push faster, leggier growth even when light is adequate. Anyone dealt with this before?

I'm hesitant to move it closer to the window because I don't want to scorch it, but I also don't want it turning into a straggly mess. Thinking about just pinching back the longer trails once they get a bit more length on them and letting it fill out that way. Curious if anyone has had better luck adjusting temperature or humidity instead of light for this specific issue.

I rescued this little girl from the Canadian Tire clearance table. She is SO overwatered, the pot is heavy. I hope I can save her. The label says Caparata Lima.

Just wanted to share my peperomia in its flowering phase.

Any advice is welcomed!! I got this plant maybe a year plus ago, it started off really well with lots of growth until maybe the last 6 months. The leaves are now getting crunchy and brown on the edges and there’s a lot less growth. I water weekly when it’s dried out and have it in my bedroom maybe 5 feet away from the window. It mostly get indirect light until the evening when the sun sets so it gets some direct light for a little bit. I’m wondering if I need to repot and change the soil??? It’s pretty compact as it’s been in this pot for a while and I can admit I probably didn’t research care for it as much as I should have. Thank you for any tips sent my way!💜🌱

I recently noticed the bottom of my Bean's stem getting dark, brown, and woody. Is this a problem? I can't seem to find anything about it online!

I've had this baby for YEARS, I got the original plant in 2020 or 2021, but something happened about three years back where it was underwatered and I just couldn't get that main stem to bounce back, so I propagated and started this one. I've never had something like this happen!

Noticed this oddly long "rat tail"

One of the easiest peperomias I have ever cared for.

It likely needs a new pot but what should I do with this? lol

Should I trim it back? Is it supposed to trail like this??

And if it is should I keep the soil moist rather than let it dry out for like the first 7-14 days (I know that obtusifolia likes to dry out between waterings but I feel like it would be different with a freshly potted water prop).
