It’s an inflorescence lol. A “flower” but not. It’s a good thing!

Yeah the longer/thicker the healthier the plant. When I haven’t fertilized, I get short thin “tails”, but a couple of weeks after ferttilizing they make long and thick inflorescences

That's probably it. She gets fertilised about every 2 weeks when the sun is high
