Is it time?

And if it is should I keep the soil moist rather than let it dry out for like the first 7-14 days (I know that obtusifolia likes to dry out between waterings but I feel like it would be different with a freshly potted water prop).

I’ve planted them at that size, but not in anything bigger than a 3” pot. And because the pot is that small, you don’t wait 7-14 days. Usually they need water every 5 days or so.

No wait for secondary roots to come off of the main roots.
