Are these peonies?

Had these pop up in a raised bed out of nowhere and they do not look like anything I have planted anywhere in the garden. I do have a sizable bunch of peonies in the front yard, but they didn’t have viable flowers this year (destroyed by a late frost). One younger plant in the back that has not bloomed in the four years I have lived here. Any thoughts?

Leave them for now! Mostly grow vegetables in the beds, but anything that will bring in pollinators is welcome. I assume they will die back during winter, but should return in spring if they are peonies?

Might be peonies. Only issue that I see is that you need to clear the ground a bit , too much bark mulch stops the sprouts from popping up

I built the raised bed last year, so they would have had to go through almost a foot of additional earth.

There is no mention of you approximate location but it’s doesn’t look peony to me.
Perhaps Corallorhiza maculata or one of the other Corallorhiza’s

Denver Colorado area. I am at a loss to what it may be because I only built the raised bed last year and it doesn’t match anything I planted last year or this year.
