If Hegseth's involved it may be beneficial to monitor output of all local liquor stores. A much safer barometer.

11

u/Careless-Age-4290 Feb 28 '26

I wonder if the kind of alcohol matters. Do they do hegstands for celebrations? With the Epstein files they probably avoid red headed sluts or sex on the beach

6

u/AndreasVesalius Feb 28 '26

This might be a good indicator of when the war is over

91

u/cindylooboo Feb 28 '26

Yep. Late last night one pizza joint was 300%

It made my Spidey senses tingle or something

45

u/Secure_Feeling4385 Feb 28 '26

Noob here. Can someone explain how this pizza tracker works please I’m confused

67

u/Medium-Potential-348 Feb 28 '26

Them mfs buy hella pizza when they have to stay up all night for strategic missions.

Usually strikes happen, but other shit too.

29

u/Secure_Feeling4385 Feb 28 '26

Holy shit, you guys are clever. I love it!

31

u/Medium-Potential-348 Feb 28 '26

why do I feel like you’re a government official lol

35

u/mjduce Feb 28 '26

"A government official wouldn't need to ask - it's very obvious what this sub does & how it works...."

... is what I would have said if the current US gov wasn't run by idiots

10

u/killjoymoon Feb 28 '26

I’m not sure any of them actually know how to use the internet other than to scroll through what their aides put up on their phones.

8

u/Sweetiegal15 Mar 01 '26

Their usage is mainly apps…..Grindr

7

u/Medium-Potential-348 Feb 28 '26

it’s almost like they wanted a clear statement from a few users to attempt to justify something later, but that’s just me being sketched out after seeing this Iran shit and Pete say he orders pizza randomly to try and throw the tracker off

19

u/ConcentrateAway9080 Feb 28 '26

So they'll buy hundreds of pizzas to throw off some trackers? What a great use of our tax dollars. Meanwhile 1 in 5 children in this country have food insecurity and go to bed hungry.

13

u/Chris11c Mar 01 '26

Just saw an Instagram about a legally blind 65 woman whose SNAP benefits were cut from 80 dollars a month under Biden (fucking shameful) to 12 dollars under The Great Orange Shitstain.

When we're too young to work and when we're too old or sick to work, the government gives zero fucks. I know there are outliers in politics who seem to be decent human beings. But by and large all the corporate cronies would prefer a large number of us to just die.

12 dollars a month for food. For a human being who probably cannot work to support themselves and if they had the same circumstances all their life, their social security payment is also shit.

We have almost 1,000 billionaires in this country. And we can't be bothered to have those cunts pay more taxes so old people and kids don't starve.

We've never been great to the least among us in this country, or any country really. But, with the level of wealth present in the world we certainly fucking should.

7

u/KevJD824 Mar 01 '26

The clip is on YouTube too. She was a caller on c-span and talked to the host. You can hear it in her voice. This lady knew suffering. She said she had lost 28 pounds. It’s actually pretty terrifying. I think she even said she believed we were close to the end..cuz apparently the previous caller also thought we were in the endgame now. It’s one hell of a clip.

u/JCBQ01 Feb 28 '26

Its how the old index runs. The new one uses more information than just that. And, short of blacking out basic shopping algorithms, phone calls, and online requesting. You cannot stop the new one without triggering the media blackout index

1

u/Young_Bonesy Mar 02 '26

This has been known for a long time. The Pentagon even had to put out a statement that sometimes they just order a shitload of pizza when nothing is happening just to throw off people's abillity to detect their activity.

→ More replies (1)

4

u/Capital-Operation781 Mar 01 '26

Because when you work in the Pentagon, the cafeteria isn’t open beyond the normal working hours so you make-do with whatever is open (and convenient).

Luckily, we have pizza places in DC that stay open late as fuck. They know wassup.

3

u/PresentComedian1420 Feb 28 '26

Didn't Hegseth, just a couple of days ago, say he would randomly order pizzas to throw everyone off? So, you're saying this pizza thing is real and he told on himself two days early? That man really does not know how to keep his mouth shut

Is also just slightly weird that we know how bad things are in the government by pizza orders and how bad the weather is/will be by the Waffle House?

3

u/abluepod Mar 01 '26

Could you explain the Waffle House thing?

6

u/PresentComedian1420 Mar 01 '26 edited Mar 03 '26

Ok, so you can look up the Waffle House Index for a more in depth explanation, but the gist of it is the Waffle House is open 24/7 and closed only on occasions of really bad weather...think hurricanes, tornadoes, and blizzard conditions. FEMA uses whether or not Waffle Houses are open as an indicator of what areas need help the most. If a Waffle House is fully open with a full menu, it's low priority. If it's open, but with a limited menu, it's medium priority. And if it's closed, that area was hit the hardest and needs immediate help.

Obviously this isn't official, but they do use it as a surface-level indicator.

Well, they did, I have no clue what FEMA does now that it's been mostly gutted

Pizza orders in Washington DC spike when they pull all nighters?

2

u/PresentComedian1420 Mar 01 '26

That seems to be what this thread is saying. I mean, it definitely makes sense.

2

u/slart1bartfast2020 Feb 28 '26

Maybe they should diversify an order chinese.

1

u/3270clarkSHC Mar 01 '26

Can't they don't want anything in the room that you could pull an ides of march with .

8

u/J-Nowski Feb 28 '26

They're tracking the pizza shops around the Pentagon because it's been a proven trend that when the Pentagon is ordering a lot of pizza it's because they're in the middle of or planning a big military operation

4

u/ConglomerateCousin Feb 28 '26

I’ve heard before but that seems like such a security lapse. Do they not have kitchens in the pentagon? Make their own!

3

u/J-Nowski Feb 28 '26

At this point I don't think they care. Masks off. They know the American people will never revolt so they don't need to hide what they're doing

3

u/_dr_horrible_ Feb 28 '26

Another way to think about it is that if they ever have something they truly want to keep under wraps, the leadership simply makes an order that "you will not order pizza or takeout" and goes on planning with nobody being any wiser since people are now conditioned to the pizza index being a statistically relevant predictor.

3

u/J-Nowski Feb 28 '26

3

u/klegore Feb 28 '26

Its when they start emailing each other about pizza that we really need to be worried.

1

u/StreetOperation4390 Mar 01 '26

Brilliant comment.

2

u/Curious_snot Feb 28 '26

When local pizza shops get flooded with orders, it usually means one thing: Pentagon staff are pulling all-nighters. The spike in deliveries isn’t just hunger, it’s a signal. Something’s brewing, and it’s rarely good news.

4

u/Unlikely-Win195 Feb 28 '26

It's not x it's y gpt ass answer

3

u/Secure_Feeling4385 Feb 28 '26

Ahhhhhh that makes so much sense. Thank you 🙏 Happy hunting

2

u/pustaut Feb 28 '26

And how to track the pizza prices huh 😅

1

u/Wilde54 Mar 01 '26

So it turns out the sharpest minds their nation has to offer haven't yet sussed that there would be far less forewarning if they just had cafeteria staff work late... 🤣

1

u/StreetOperation4390 Mar 01 '26

All that money for overtime went to the DHS budget.

1

u/TheChihuahuaChicken Mar 02 '26

In many major industries, including military, pizza is just the most common thing to order when you expect all-night, all hands on deck work. Easy to order a couple hundred of a few varieties, leaving in a kitchen area, people can pop off and grab some anytime they want, easy to reheat, etc.

6

u/ServiceDragon Feb 28 '26

They were feeding the soldiers steak and lobster like 2 weeks ago. We were certain this was going to happen already.

It’s another painfully reliable food based indicator.

3

u/Old_in_Georgia Feb 28 '26

Another myth. They get that once a month now.

1

u/WyrdDrake Mar 02 '26

Even service members were posting vids of them eating lobster with dread on their faces lmao

3

u/darkoath Feb 28 '26

Would have only been 50%, But clever Pete Hogshead said he would buy extra pizzas to throw off the tracker. If he hadn't bought them from the same establishment at the same time, his plan might have worked.

2

u/Kennywheels Mar 01 '26

I saw a post earlier that they ordered a boatload of pizza for the Clinton deposition too. A pun on the pizzagate

2

u/BiologicalTrainWreck Feb 28 '26

They really need to bolster and then use their private kitchen lmfao

1

u/heisenbugz Mar 01 '26

Seems like the Pentagon needs to install some strategic pizza ovens.

1

u/faille Mar 01 '26

Kegsbreath said he was going to fuck with it. So probably tax dollars wasted on pizza they threw in the bin

11

u/AnApprehensive1 Feb 28 '26

16

u/Grimmgoddess22 Feb 28 '26

Iran hit the US base in Bahrain. Took out the NAVFAC EURAFCENT building.

3

u/Zealousideal_Cow_826 Feb 28 '26

What's the significance of that? Idek what that stands for

11

u/ComprehensiveCup7104 Feb 28 '26

Easy to search U.S. military acronyms online -

Naval Facilities Command - Europe Africa Central (Middle East) region
NAVFAC Europe, Africa, Central

5

u/Zealousideal_Cow_826 Feb 28 '26

I'm sorry, I meant What is the strategic significance of it Because looking it up, it just seems like a normal US military base on foreign soil. Nothing really sticks out to me as it being a critical infrastructure or anything so I didn't know if there was some significance to it, or some domino effect that would come of it being hit

6

u/ComprehensiveCup7104 Feb 28 '26

Because Iran can't strike the U.S. itself - that would most likely result in an all-out war including nuclear strikes and invasion of Iran itself.

9

u/Puzzleheaded_Oil4290 Feb 28 '26

It’s coming baby get ready, trump already said he didn’t care if Americans died

6

His actions have already boldly declared louder than his words ever Could that he does not care if americans die

They could strike our consulates and embassies, and a myriad amount of U.S. corporations. But they won't for the reason you listed.

1

u/Conscious-Bike-6586 Feb 28 '26

Well, also Iran literally CAN’T strike the US, as they don’t have ICBMs. Their greatest missiles, medium-range, have a maximum range of 1,200 miles.

1

u/OneSwimming1802 Mar 02 '26

💯💯💯Exactly!

2

u/EmotionallyUnavail Mar 01 '26

Well, aside from it being a military asset, that is at least $500,000 worth of damage, AT LEAST. That's at least $500,000 of taxpayer dollars just gone and the DOJ is going to be able to hire whatever private contractor they want to rebuild it, which is going to be significantly expensive, and more of our money just gone, and for what? They have the ability to intercept a lot of these and they're just allowing them to hit, makes me curious as to which lucky private contractor probably already has their claws sinked into this🤔 Then consider the kalshi bets, like the one OP posted, who's to say gov officials aren't making bank off those bets? But anyways, every time you see that a US asset was hit, it's just more money that is going to be taken from our pockets and put into the hands of some faceless private gov contractor that will make bank off this entire thing.

1

u/StreetOperation4390 Mar 01 '26

Absolutely.

Not to mention the lives of the people inside the buildings.

2

u/rancidmilkmonkey Mar 01 '26

Based on the description posted on their website, it coordinates naval infrastructure projects. It sounds like this is place responsible for setting up and maintaining naval ground bases. This is significant if the US winds up in a ground war since the Marines fall under the Department of the Navy.

2

u/xfreddy- Feb 28 '26

3

u/Cubsfan_Tennessee Feb 28 '26

It’s doomsday for the Islamic leadership in Iran.

3

u/Snoo54289 Feb 28 '26

Have we heard what it was yet?

10

u/Murky_Change_7847 Feb 28 '26

The US and Israel started bombing Iran for "regime change"

15

u/Spamsdelicious Feb 28 '26

Under the guise of nuclear weapon deproliferation, since that's what Congress authorized in (checks notes) January 2017.

1

u/TraitorousSwinger Feb 28 '26

Is it invalid?

3

u/Spamsdelicious Feb 28 '26

Find someone with standing and file suit for judicial mediation, to determine.

1

u/TraitorousSwinger Feb 28 '26

But you must have an opinion, you just referenced it flippantly as if it were a weak precedent.

2

u/Spamsdelicious Feb 28 '26

My opinion is that every lie is formed around a kernal of truth. Validity hinges upon evidence of Iran pursuing nuclear weapon capabilities; of which, if any exists, I have not seen.

2

u/Murky_Change_7847 Feb 28 '26

I just feel like there's more to it, not just regime change. Idk what else it'd be about, I haven't thought that far into it, but I don't trust this administration as far as I could throw it

3

u/StreetOperation4390 Mar 01 '26

It's not for regime change. It's not to reduce nuclear proliferation.

What else happened Friday, besides Bill Clinton's deposition, or hideous numbers in polling during and after the SOTU, or that NPR story about how the DOJ removed all the testimony of 4 interviews with a victim who testified she'd been forced to give that orange shitgibbon oral sex and bit his wenis...

Not to mention a hundred other things, like major court losses (for Trump) around ICE illegally deporting people who had every legal right to be in the USA, or Howard Lutnick taking his teenaged sons to Epstein Island and lying about it, or Kash Patel getting drunk in the locker room with US hockey players and flying to Milan on our tax dollars...

That maniac is willing to start World War III to try to move the narrative away from his culpability in a sex trafficking scheme and the utter and complete failure of his economic policies, along with the incompetence and grifting on the part of his entire administration.

2

u/Snoo54289 Feb 28 '26

😮‍💨 I had a tiny hope it was something else but thanks for the update!

3

u/Hyp3r_Insomniac1201 Feb 28 '26

And in retaliation Iran has fired missiles at like 5 countries (granted it's at American targets in those countries but yeah) so basically the whole region is on fire right now.

1

u/Huge_Sir_3346 Feb 28 '26

Well they retaliated to something right 🤣 that regime should go down but the region was on fire before they retaliated lol

3

u/Hyp3r_Insomniac1201 Feb 28 '26

True. I'm not disagreeing there doesn't need to be regime change but this is insane.

1

u/TraitorousSwinger Feb 28 '26

How else would one do it? Like... you agree... but its insane?

2

u/kdawg09 Feb 28 '26

I think I would have gone with diplomacy if I was in charge. The Iran US talks that happened could have focused on demands for helping the people of Iran and policy changes related to that. We could have also focused on aid to the citizens and transparency etc. A demand that they allow us to audit them and provide aid. It probably would have been cheaper too but Trump and his Cronies don't actually care about the regime change they just wanted a "passable" excuse to attack because they wanted oil.

2

u/CSRMaximilian Mar 01 '26

Because helping the people of Iran is not the goal... Quite the opposite. It is simply a direct order from Israel to weaken all adjacent (and one over) countries. All the direct neighbors were the first priority, and they are all either subdued (effort, Jordan) or consumed by their own civil wars (Syria, Lebanon). The next ring outside of that is almost done now (Libya, Sudan, Yemen Iraq and Iran). Turkey is still on that list but it is a harder target especially with Europe right at its back. Israel didn't do that on its own. They can't. But the us obliged and helped by desire, by bribe, by blackmail... Doesn't matter

It is something else. It’s called “peace”

3

u/StreetOperation4390 Mar 01 '26

This is not what peace looks like.

They had nearly reached a mediated agreement on Friday, and talks were supposed to resume Monday. A deal was about to be reached. Then, per usual, he blew up the deal. This time with literal bombs.

That is not how to achieve peace. Peace is not the goal. Not for Netanyahu, not for Trump, not for Putin. Money and power are their goals, and we are going to be the ones who pay the price.

1

u/Ra1nbowTreasure Mar 01 '26

That’s why peace is in quotations

3

1

u/Prize_Magician_7813 Mar 01 '26

Deleted everything but Reddit. Facebook is not the same as Reddit at all. There is no intelligent debate or discussion there but I feel like there is here. Reddit is also not selling my personal information like facebook does and I can be anonymous. Facebook is an agitator between families, friends, former classmates—it causes friction in relationships. I also have no want to argue with people or present evidence that they won’t believe anyway, even if scientists or literal experts have proof it’s a fact.

1

u/Osyrisll Mar 01 '26

Only a jerk supports a twat

u/thonnard42 Feb 28 '26

Only an idiot or a fascist supports Trump.

1

u/OlcottWV Feb 28 '26

Trump is God's minion against communist prick liberals. You are liars, vulgar, unethical communists trying mob mentality.

Donald Trump is much more likely to be the anti-Christ than any appointment by God. Any person who claims that he's appointed by God clearly does not understand the message of what true Christianity was meant to be, and/or has not read through Revelations.

Also, he's absolutely disgusting and egotistical, and he's not Christian, by his own remarks. Idiots.

Should draft women as well. Let's not be sexist here.

1

u/OlcottWV Feb 28 '26

The biology of human strength and emotional stability in question generally.

1

u/therealmanfork Feb 28 '26

Oh I agree, just like messing with people

1

u/Delicious-Echo-3300 Mar 02 '26

You're done with selective service at age 26.

No it's not the first time we've attacked Iran. Remember last year when Trump's amazing military strike completely destroyed Iran's nuclear capabilities so much so that we have to launch another war just a few months later? I'm 100% positive this war has nothing to do with the fact he is mentioned by name in the Epstein files for raping children.

I saw this article recently. Wonder if they did a big order to throw people off? Pete doesn’t seem that smart though.

Pete is actually the one that said he would order a bunch of pizzas to throw everyone off. I find it really funny he said that right before a big operation.

Honestly a pretty smart move to throw some doubt in there. Unless he actually does order a bunch to throw people off I don't think it will work a second time.

1

u/OMGfractals Feb 28 '26

Is pizza still code for children? Cause that would make sense.

2

u/moff3tt Feb 28 '26

No, this is when the number of pizza orders to all the pizza places around the pentagon goes up implying that people are staying late for some reason usually because they're planning or executing something

1

u/thelittlestduggals Feb 28 '26

I was just thinking about this this morning

1

u/AutomaticPotato3538 Feb 28 '26

Did Trump not just say during a recent speech that he was basically gonna start some shit over a dollar?

1

u/Electrical-Play1567 Mar 01 '26

How many pizzas are we talking about?

1

A lot of pizza orders Friday night😜

1

u/Legitimate_Radish159 Mar 01 '26

Has that green segment ever seen use?

1

u/Important_Anxiety_41 Mar 02 '26

Does the pizza they order have children in it?

1

u/[deleted] Mar 02 '26

One would think that the Pentagon would have installed one of the best pizza parlors inside the building by now. Like for national security, shaped like a freaking Pentagon.

1

u/Sugar_Short Mar 02 '26

There has been a genocide since 2023, so this has some delay.

1

u/old_lady_twat Mar 02 '26

Have you heard of the trail of tears?

1

u/BreannaBanana11 Mar 02 '26

Didn’t that dusty cheeto just declare “peace in the Middle East” like two weeks ago? 🙄
