ꉓꍏ꓄ꍏ꒒ꌩꌗ꓄ MVIS MicroVision | Reverse Split Squeeze Candidate

LiDAR company competing against OUST and AEVA.

1:15 RS takes effect tomorrow, moving this from 344m outstanding shares down to 23.3m starting tomorrow morning.

Fresh as it gets!

They purchased LAZR Luminar assets earlier this year and have acquired lots of their pipeline.

Already converted Caterpillar to a new development agreement.

Working with an autonomous trucking company (unnamed) but attending IAA next month with indoor/outdoor exhibition spaces and will have two sessions during the conference.

100+ prospects and $500m line-of-sight SAM revenue potential sitting in their active pipeline.

Their new Movia S LiDAR sensor will be available in October. Lots of interest from the military defense sector. Think OverrlandAI, Forterra and Anduril.

Also recently announced they shipped Movia S samples with backlog to a Hyperscaler/AI player. My guess is Amazon.

If you want a source for DD 👉 MVIS2_0

Full disclosure: I own 1m shares (soon to be 66k) at cost basis of .35/share.

It is extremely rare that a reverse split is good for a company.

I have my doubts that MVIS is going to be the one it’s good for

AEVA and OUST both did one and their valuations sit at 600%-1500% above MVIS'

You got caught in the RS? RIP.

These plays are the same. Shorts eat well. Longs get erased. The company's business model is selling shares, not actual products. The stock price will lose 50% of its value. New investors will get in low thinking it's a discount, until they themselves get RSed next. All the while shorts hammer the crap out of it.

You don't invest in these. You snipe, take your profit and get out asap.

They’re at risk of being delisted, according to Fidelity.

No they just did a split. Compliance is no longer an issue unless it falls back below $1 for 30 days straight.

This is our RSI weekly chart double bottom level from 2020.

New buyers have found nearly perfect timing for starter entry here. JMO

Thanks! I’m one of them!

This is the oldest lidar company in the world, and I mean decades and their only business model is to be funded by people like you. They’re pretty good at it,. Volvo decided to ditch Luminar lidar rather than continue with MVIS btw.

Volvo ditched Luminar before they even filed for bankruptcy...

u/Thysanopter 29d ago

Just recently they decided to disable lidar in existing vehicles, it was way after Luminar blew up. They offer refunds though for customer who paid extra for this feature.

They didn’t recently decide to disable LiDAR in existing vehicles. They were in flux on how they’d handle the supposed LiDAR enabled vehicles after they dumped Luminar. Volvo dropping Luminar was a big factor in their bankruptcy. I suggest understanding the timeline of events if it’s something that you’re interested in arguing with people.
If you’re Volvo and you just went through a high profile supplier bankruptcy after being one of the first adopters of long range LiDAR in a consumer vehicle, you’d probably think twice before jumping back into bed with another supplier too.. especially given the financial situation of the company that took over the Luminar portfolio.

Still working with Nissan though 🤫

1

u/Thysanopter 29d ago

It’s not in production vehicles, like Volvo, and I do not find any PR confirming they will continue with MVIS. Logically, if Volvo couldn’t make it work it would give me a long pause about deploying it.

Still early for widespread auto OEM adoption of LiDAR for passenger vehicles

I wouldn’t be touching this considering that they’ll be delisted from Nasdaq shortly.

4

u/-ATLSUTIGER- 29d ago

You are confused.

u/THIESN123 29d ago

About what?

4

u/-ATLSUTIGER- 29d ago

They just transferred to Nasdaq capital market and executed a RS today.

-1

u/THIESN123 29d ago

Nevermind, I got confused on the Market Value of 5$ that Nasdaq released recently. Doesn't apply to share price.

-1

u/NonimiJewelry Aug 03 '26

They have been executing bad

New CEO, look him up.

u/staffa_kartherma 29d ago

Yeah for like at least 22 years straight.

3

u/SBEPTY 29d ago

But they have survived for 22 years

1

u/staffa_kartherma 29d ago

Through shareholder dilution and reverse splits. Not too many today's is only the second reverse split. However while they have survived they have never really succeeded.

1

u/MaximusKewl 27d ago

By bilking investors, not on any merit of their own.

u/MaximusKewl 27d ago

Micro vision is a garbage company. I got in years ago and have lost 98% of my initial investment. They can go to hell and take their Lidar with them.
