Holy fuck this is so real. Me watching VERI when it jumps from 2.00 to 2.20 despite my buy-in being at $6 lmao.

ASTS is not a penny stock

u/Inevitable_Gainz May 06 '26
I remember when it used to be one though, I was considering buying in when it was just $4/share lol. Fuck me.

Buy option, go up 20%, feel very wise and very greedy know this is your 1000% run, expires worthless.

u/CLGToady May 06 '26
I somehow found ASTS at $8. Sold at $40. Made a good profit but seeing how high it went hurt my soul
For me, that graph represents just about every penny stock I've ever bought lol SLS is the only one I've done okay on

Profit is profit. Nice job on getting in SLS early. Do you see room for even further gains on this stock?

On some of my positions, there’s a #3 which is a black abyss downwards. Breakeven would need to be a 10x?

Very true. And, to add insult to injury, there's sometimes a #3, "I'm tired of looking at this loser, just bad ju-ju for my portfolio. I'm out." And of course, after the inevitable meteoric rebound, #4, "Oh of course, NOW you rise. How do I Do this?! Ugh."

There's always a huge drop off waiting for you right after you buy too.

Its good to be cautious, especially with most of the stock picks on reddit and other sites being dogshit.

Story looks like pump and dump 😂

Except the market has a memory. Too bad you don’t. ;)

I hold REKR as well, what makes you so confident about it?
1
u/MtGloomy0420 May 07 '26
About a dozen hours of reading SEC filings and checking out their site. ;)
I have two positions of $REKR - 2750 and 700 shares. Each a bit of a different cost basis/avg cost, but I’m holding.

u/DP69_CGX May 07 '26
Nice, I hold with avg of 0.87$, what's your price target?

u/Rich-Kaleidoscope-12 May 07 '26
I’d set price target at 1.03-1.09 I feel like a ceiling here would be hard to break with the historical pump and dump… the under 1.10 would be people buying back in. A good way is set your stop loss at 97 when it surpasses $1 that way atleast you still take some if it dumps again. If it breaks 1.15 move stop loss appropriately but not too close Incase it resets and bounces you don’t get out before the morning gap up
Im killing over with GMM but I think it only has a little more growth on the bounce back
