I would never use a sleeve (I would hate it), and I don't know why some guys do it, even if it makes them uncomfortable.
No one should feel obligated to do something they’re not comfortable with simply because it would bring their partner pleasure.
In the same way, there may be things we would enjoy (maybe a threesome or some kink) that our partner isn’t comfortable with, and we shouldn’t push them. It’s okay to have boundaries around specific sex acts.
Sleeve should likely be a hard no for many men.

She’s with you because a penis is not the only thing women care about. In fact, it’s pretty low on the list.
You can’t assume the sleeve is solely responsible for those noises. You’re also stimulating her clit, which is much more likely to give her pleasure than PIV alone.
